Auckland City, AucklandTemporary2-3 years Project or Contract Coordination Experience Commercial Construction Industry Medium Sized Organisation We're looking for experienced administrators that have worked in Project and Contract Administration in the Commercial Construction Industry, who are looking for a temporary or fixed term opportunity to provide support to Contract or Project Managers in South Auckland.

Our clients need someone that has experience in and can;
Prepare Client Manuals and Health & Safety documentation Follow detailed contract instructions Prepare invoices and lodge claims Liaise with sub-contractors Monitor project progress and costs including labor Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the process Coordinate work orders Maintain a database and ensure records are up to date and acurate Track projects from start to finish Raise and communicate purchase orders and invoices Coordinate resource requirements, action and monitor to completion If you are someone who has previously worked in the construction industry in a Project or Contract Administration role supporting a Contract or Project Manager and have the following abilities;
Resilient & action orientated Understands project specifications, plans and documents Experience with construction finance processes Intermediate in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) Document control experience Microsoft Project licence & training Knowledge of Construction Contracts Act Currently residing in NZ with work eligibility for at least the next 12 months Immediately available Express your interest by following the "Apply" prompts & if you have the skills & experience we're looking for we will be in touch by phone to discuss further.
